So, here is what I exercised:
- warm up 10minutes walking fast on the treadmill
- abductors - 15kilos
- adductors - 15kilos
- chest press - 12,5kilos
- leg lengthening - 15kilos
- leg curl - 15kilos
- stomach - on my own
- stabilizors - on my own
- lat machine - 20kilos
- stomach - 15kilos
- abductors - 20kilos
- adductors - 20kilos
- chest press - 15kilos
- cool down 5 minutes walking on the treadmill
The abductors and adductors are the most important excersises for me, as well as the chest press - this one is sooo good for my back! That´s the reason why I repeat these exercises at the end of one circuit. After the workout I went to the sauna and totally enjoyed the warmth at 80°C - this relaxes me so good!
