Friday@gym

Today is Friday and it´s finally the end of my working week. Yay! I really always look forward to the friday afternoon and the 2 and a half free days ahead!!! As probably most people do! :) To get rid of all the stress from the week it helps me a lot to go to the gym. As I just picked up again after a while I have done a light training today. Basically I abserved a circuit training, I didn´t want to overexaggerate it... ;) 

So, here is what I exercised:
  • warm up 10minutes walking fast on the treadmill
  • abductors - 15kilos
  • adductors - 15kilos
  • chest press - 12,5kilos
  • leg lengthening - 15kilos
  • leg curl - 15kilos
  • stomach - on my own
  • stabilizors - on my own
  • lat machine - 20kilos
  • stomach - 15kilos
  • abductors - 20kilos
  • adductors - 20kilos
  • chest press - 15kilos
  • cool down 5 minutes walking on the treadmill

The abductors and adductors are the most important excersises for me, as well as the chest press - this one is sooo good for my back! That´s the reason why I repeat these exercises at the end of one circuit. After the workout I went to the sauna and totally enjoyed the warmth at 80°C - this relaxes me so good!
