friday@gym

It´s the end of the week again and the working week is over! :) This week I don´t feel much exhausted or stressed out which is nice! I went to the gym and my workout consisted of the following exercises:
 
A total of 45min on the treadmill...
  • 20mins warm up walk
  • 15mins light jogging
  • 5mins fast walk
  • 5mins cool down walk
Afterwards I also did a little curcuit training, just some quick and only the most important exercises:
  • adductors - 20kg
  • chest press - 12,5kg
  • abductors - 20kg
  • lat machine - 20kg
  • lower back - 20kg
  • stomach - 20kg

And this is what I wore for my workout:
