So I thought I would start the What I ate Wednesday again and have at least one - or even some more - good food days throughout the week! :)
8:30am - For breakfast this morning I´ve had porridge with light soy milk, 4 almonds, a chopped banana, filets of orange and sprinkled over some cinnamon.
Also had a big glass of water to take my prenatal vitamins and prepared a can of herbal tea. Normally this would be some kind of a fruit tea but for now it is a special mixed pregnancy tea containing 7 herbs.
12:45pm - For lunch I had some leftover pasta. It´s a mixture of arrabiata and bolognese sauce, because I like it spiced up! :)
I am also having a big glass of water besides.
3:00pm - Coffee break! I am having a treat of three rice cakes covered with dark chocolate and a cup of black coffee.
And again a glass of water...
6:15pm - We had dinner at subway today and I ate 2 half subs with chicken fajita and chipotle southwest sauce. The only difference was the bread, one is on parmesan-oregano and one on honey oats.
In terms of toppings/salad I never leave anything out, it´s always two slices of cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, onions, parmesan, salt & pepper. I also had a coke zero with it and half a raspberry-cheesecake cookie as kind of a dessert.
Spread over the whole day I also drank 1,5 litres of water. I hope you liked this post although today didn´t really turn out as a super healthy day ;) Please feel free to leave your comments or links to your WIAW´s below. Have a nice and relaxing evening!
