healthy food day

I really like cooking, baking, preparing food and try new recipes whenever I have the time for it! On the weekends I have the most motivation to make a tasty and healthy food day :) So here comes, what that looked like on one of the last weekends.


Porridge with blueberries, banana slices and cinnamon and a green juice with spinach, apple, lemon, melon and strawberries. Both recipes are 'stolen' from the internet... ;)

Thai food, basically some chicken, lots of vegetables, fresh chopped pineapple and some cashews in coconut milk.



I serve it with rice. Soo yummy! I love it... In this pic you can also see the desert which is some yoghurt with berries and hazelnut crisps.



Then my lovely hubby made me a vanilla macchiato <3



And I prepared a pot of peppermint tea for the afternoon.
