7 weeks pregnancy update! / ssw 7

This week I have been to the doctor finally and now I know that the little baby is at the right place and the heart is beating! However, I am having very slight and minimal blood lost. Although this seems to be normal in the early pregnancy I want to hold back my official and public outcome until after my next doctors appointment. I hope you understand. So today is actually Sunday, November 24th.

This is my bump this week, still nothing to see :/

How far along? 7 weeks finished!

Total weight gain: I weigh pretty much the same still since the beginning.

Bump measure: 73 cm.

Maternity clothes? No

Stretch marks? No

Fitness: 1x 20mins. noon time walk - writing it down makes me feel really bad :( but I didm´t feel well on Friday so I skipped the swimming. 

Sleep: I sleep a lot actually, I am tired early and than waking up in the night again. This week I could either find right back into sleep or I lay awake until I had to get up anyways. :/

Best moment this week: Seeing my little baby on the ultrasound screen!!! It was such an exciting moment, first all was black on the screen and then I saw my tiny little baby! I was so relieved that it really happened!! Also the heart was already beating, which is simply wonderful!

Miss anything? Being more active in the evening, I wish I had more energy.

Movement: No

Food/cravings: I still want to have salami the best would be a salami pizza! I need to ask my doctor next time if it´s ok, as this craving is apparently returning from time to time. ;) On the other side I haven´t had coffee the complete week, I don´t know but I feel I don´t think I would enjoy. And drinking wise I am having fruit juices from Amecke they are really good and contain lots of iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamin c or b depending on the mix. I switch around and drink another pack each time.

Anything making you quesy or sick? Mince sometimes. Which is weired because I was craving meat before!

Gender: I don´t know.

Labor signs: No

Symptoms: I think I had some kind of emotional break down already ;) I need to start to get our flat ready for the baby and there is lots to do... Other than that I have bigger boobs, some small breakouts here and there and minimum gum bleeding. The worst for me however is that I felt extremely tired and also had some pain in my bump throughout the whole week :(

Happy or moody most of the time? I´d say more moody this week.

Looking forward to: Christmas time and x-mas markets, they are opening up on Monday, yay! :)
