24 weeks pregnancy update / ssw 24

This week was partly good again, despite from a little headache I had no further major complaints in the first days. In opposite I could feel how the stress has fallen off of me since I know that I have all the time of the world now to prepare everything for our baby and do not need to worry to much if my body will capture it all. Unfortunately the second part of the week was awful and I felt like my hormones are in a roller coaster! :( On Thursday I had my first session of acupuncture, mainly against the headache but also to keep my body 'in flow' as my midwife Heinke said. I desperately hope the hormonal issues can be solved with this technique as well!! ;)

Two needles in each foot, one on each knee.

Also in the baby´s room has been some progress. Last weekend we visited my brother and his wife and we received a whole lot of baby things and baby clothes! It was so unbelievable... Lars and Melli have collected everything for us for two years now, as our nice is 2 years old by now and so we could start off with a huge nest egg. We hardly need to buy anything anymore. Although of course we want to and we will also buy stuff that we want for a special occasion or something. But this gives us a lot of freedom!

First of all organization had to take place in the babies room!
These are the pictures before, all stuff just placed into the room somehow. The plastic bags are full of mixed clothes also in regards of sizes, partly shoes and baby bed things are in there too... simply everything.

And this is what it looks like after 4 hours of sorting and reorganizing. All my new plastic bags are labelled like dresses, shirts, pants, cardigans/jackets, rompers, vests, outside jackets, bed things like bed sheets and baby sleeping bags. We also got a cradle, a rocking chair, a nursing pillow, a maxi cosi and iso fix, toys and I also prepared 2 boxes with socks/thights and hats. I haven't washed all things until now because I want to wait until the furniture we ordered has been delivered and then I will put everything freshly and sorted by sizes in it´s right place :)

You can also see that we chose a deep-pile play carpet and affixed the window curtains. I am so proud and love to go into the room and see how it develops more and more :)

And this is how my bump looks in the meantime! I´ve become used to my big belly now and I love it so much! <3

How far along? Finished the 24th week today.
Total weight gain: I´ve lost a bit of weight since last week so I gained a total of 9kg since the beginning.
Bump measure: 93cm.
Maternity clothes? Yes! I can´t wear any normal clothes apart from t-shirts, blazers and leggings maybe.
Stretch marks? Not until now.
Fitness: Some exercises in our prenatal classes aaaand I went to the swimming pool again this week for once! And I am solo happy about it! :) I felt the water in my legs has decreased since then and I lost a bit of weight... wonderful! :)
Sleep: Was mixed this week, partly I was very tired and slept in but on other days I fell asleep late and still was up early and quite fit the next morning.
Best moment this week: Getting the baby´s room organized.
Miss anything? I miss to go shopping clothes for me. Not fitting into things I like kind of is depressing to me. I am also not very decisive in buying maternity clothes. :/ I also miss feeling normal again and not like a hormonal freak!
Movement: A lot! :)
Food/cravings: Chocolate still.
Anything making you quesy or sick? No.
Gender: Girl.
Labor signs: No.
Symptoms: A small headache and feelings or several kinds of pulling or hurt in my belly sometimes. I am also more sensitive now and will cry easily I´d even say this week I´ve been a hormonal wreck. :(
Belly button in or out? In but it´s getting shallower now.
Wedding rings on or of? On.
Happy or moody most of the time? Happy and moody due to my hormonal issues.. I´ll have kind of mixed feelings I can get very sad very quickly now over the tiniest things I would also start crying easily. I think it´s very exhausting as I can´t control myself anymore.
Looking forward to: Feeling normal again, the babies furniture and some few fitness moves!

Rituals ...

Recently I came to the brand Rituals. It was when I saw their shop and went into it and had a look around. Next thing I checked was the Rituals website where I could learn about the different theories of their series. I picked two which attracted me the most and when I was back in the shop again I was most convinced by the smell of the fragrance sticks called Sweet Sunrise.

So I went with the Laughing Buddha line and also got a test kit and a body spray all scenting the same - sweet orange and cedar wood. The Laughing Buddha line has the mantra smile to the world and the world will smile back at you which I think is true.

The smell of the fragranced sticks is very decent which is perfect because it would´t annoy me after a short while. I have placed it in a room that has been freshly renewed which goes very well :)

The body care kit consists of shower foam, shower oil that turns into foam, body lotion and a small one-time body scrub. I like the shower oil and the body lotion the most.

Further I got the Happy Mist which can be used as a body spray or a pillow spray either. I prefer the fresh smell on our bedroom pillows and use it for that only - it´s lovely.

As a small gift I received a sample of the Magic Touch ultra rich, whipped body cream. This stuff is amazing!! It smells soo nice. The fragrance is cherry blossom & rice milk and it coated my skins so smoothly and softly. My skin felt so nourished and soft and the smell and the good feeling really got along with me for the day. Definitively a new item on my shopping list! ;)

Hope you enjoy your day and the nice weather outside! At least here it´s friendly and a bit sunny! :)

23 weeks pregnancy update / ssw 23

Feels good to be back on track! This week many decisions were made. But I am starting from the beginning...
Monday I got a migraine again in the afternoon and I stood through it for more than 24hours before I decided to take something against it, as tons of water and fresh air didn´t help. :(
Also on Monday was our first training lesson of our prenatal classes. The midwife who holds this course is a lovely person called Mechtild and has a lot of understanding and good tips for us. We were 8 couples and it was a funny evening! :) We are going to attend this class on a weekly basis now for around 2 months.

On Thursday I had a doctor´s appointment and many questions to ask. First of all the baby is fine!! :) However, my belly is still hard and he mentioned that the migraine is a sign that my body is easily ready for contractions - I don't exactly know why´s that, but there must be some kind of connection... Against that and the hurts in my belly I should take 15mmol magnesium per day. My iron level has risen again which is good, but I still need to keep up with supplements. My current body symptoms and the fact that I am high risk pregnant now brought me to the decision that I would not fly into holidays with Nico which was planned for next week on Tinerfe. :( We are both sad about it, but we are doing it for our little daughter, so that she will be fine and that really is the most important!
Then my doctor gave me a prohibition of employment and confirmed me to fill out an insurance form, this way we will get the money back from our travel insurance.
And for me personally the best news is, that I am allowed to do some smooth sports, like swimming, yoga or going for a walk easily. But only if my stomach is relaxed! Wohoo!! I am so happy about that :)

The work prohibition is dated until end of April. So I knew immediately I would not go back to work again, as my holiday and maternity protection phase would start at that time already. On the way back home I visited the office and my colleagues and delivered the prohibition notice personally. All the ones I met were very kind to me (they got re-organized very well already) and I had the chance to say goodbye properly to at least my closest colleagues and my boss. Strange feeling somehow leaving the office for such a long time after all these years... Now I am starting to find a routine for my time staying at home.

For Lillian´s room we got a carpet and ordered a window shade this week. The delivery date for her furniture to come has also been fixed! :)

And this is my bump for 23 weeks pregnant!

How far along? I have just finished my 23rd pregnancy week.
Total weight gain: 9,4 kilos.
Bump measure: This morning it were 89cm.
Maternity clothes? Yes partly, but I am also wearing a lot of my old clothes.
Stretch marks? No
Fitness: In regards of fitness I am so so happy that I am allowed to do some smooth sports, when my belly is fine! This was probably the best news for me this week as I start to feel a bit awful laying calm and put on loads of weight.
Sleep: It´s ok, I still wake up 1-2 times a night and I dreamed of dogs 2 times recently. Don´t know if that means anything... :)
Best moment this week: Maybe it was the relief after I had my doctors appointment and when I knew everything can and need to be managed now.
Miss anything? Moving as I want to - my belly has gotten so big!
Movement: A lot!
Food/cravings: I dreamed of steak and also chocolate this week!
Anything making you quesy or sick? No
Gender: It´s a girl!
Labor signs: No
Symptoms: Monday I was surprised by nose bleeding again. I thought I am over it and this would only happen in the first trimester. And my nose is slightly blocked still, pain in the stomach and crotch, a hard belly and a big fat headache. Wasn´t one of my best weeks. From my experience with the 3-days-migraine from February I decided to stand through it for at least 24 hours before I would take some medicine. I lay in bed all day in the dark and felt so relieved when Nico my husband brought me Paracetamol which is allowed during pregnancy. I took 2 pills and I am not proud - but it wouldn´t have helped me, nor the baby, if I had stood through it for 2 more days either.
Belly button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or of? Still on.
Happy or moody most of the time? Hm, that´s a bit difficult I was generally happy but also a bit strained due to all decisions to come this week.
Looking forward to: Getting the babies furniture delivered in 2 weeks!

Please feel free to leave your comments in English or German, as you prefer!

22 weeks pregnancy update / ssw 22

So this week I am finally back on track! :) The last post was so heavy and full of information and recent news that I wanted to give some extra space for the reveal of our baby´s name! I am so excited to tell... she is going to be named...

<3 <3 <3 Lillian <3 <3 <3

We both love the name and think a small Lilly is cute and it´s also a name that is nice in the youth and even when she is a grown up. We also told the name to our family and they really liked it, too.

Apart from that the weather here is extremely sunny at the moment and I relax on my deck chair on the balcony regularly which is really nice!

And this is my belly for 22 weeks pregnant!

How far along? Today is Sunday, March 16th and I´ve finished my 22nd week today - all went so fast in the last weeks and I somehow can´t believe that I am half way through the sixt month already! ;)
Total weight gain: I weighed in at 76,7kg this morning. So this is half a kilo for this week which is apparently normal. From now till the end of pregnancy I shall upload half a kilo every week... but I don´t want to... :(
Bump measure: 86cm.
Maternity clothes? I am wearing maternity shirts paired up with leggings for most of the time. Especially now as I am mainly staying at home it does´t make much sense to wear something uncomfy!
Stretch marks? No.
Fitness: Not allowed at the moment.
Sleep: Same as last week!
Best moment this week: I really loved the baby clothes shopping that I´ve done this week. I went with my parents as I wanted to include them into the progress, you know. I think it was the cutest thing to see all these tiny clothes and finally being in a position to buy them! ;)
Miss anything? Not so far.
Movement: Yes, and I love it when she says 'hi' and does her exercises! She also does react to me whenever I put my Hand on my belly that makes me very happy! :)
Food/cravings: At my last doctors appointment I was told to be low on iron and my midwife advised me to drink more red fruit juice and eat more steak. So that´s not to bad for me!! :)
Anything making you quesy or sick? Bad mood of other people.
Gender: A girl.
Labor signs: Slight signs after the shopping day, but could also have been something else - I am not sure.
Symptoms: Mainly it´s pain in my belly or even more down below or at the sides, it seems my Body is working.
Belly button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or of? On.
Happy or moody most of the time? Mainly happy, I still feel that I want to be surrounded by positiveness and everything else really annoys me.
Looking forward to: Getting more stuff for Lillian´s room.

Please feel free to leave your comments in English or German, as you prefer!

Huge baby shopping haul at 6 months pregnant

It´s wonderful to know what gender our little baby is! Since that day I can hardly hold myself back and simply need to buy clothes and other things for her. So this is the first shopping haul from the things that I got in March for our little Lillian <3 She will probably arrive in mid of July 2014, so I am now 6 month pregnant. I chose all clothes in sizes 56 (1-2 months) or 62 (2-4 months) and some even 68 (3-6 months).

This outfit is from zara baby and is my summery maritime look for a less hot summer day. Actually summers here were not very strong at all in the last years. I love the color of the cardigan (size 68) which matches perfectly with the cute small flower application of the pocket on the blue and white stripy t-shirt (size 68). The jeggings are even in size 74 (6-9 months) as they appeared very small to me and it still does look cute when the leg ends are rolled up. The best part however is, that all pockets and the zipper are sewed onto the soft cotton fabric, 2 in front, 2 in the back - so cute :)

This babygro is from Kaufhof and is a size 56 so it´s meant for the early days when the baby just arrived. It comes with small little footsies and can be buttoned up around the legs and also on the shoulders. I love the little birdy decor and the small flowers all over. It comes with a plain white long sleeve t-shirt and a matching hat. The fabric is very light weight and will be comfy in summer.

Then I chose this outdoor outfit from benetton consisting of light pink thin quilted jacket with the ruffled collar in size 62 and a white light fabric kind of jeans pants with ruffles as well in size 62. This is an outfit that I would choose for a trip to the sea where it can be quite windy so our baby is protected against chilliness.

Also from benetton is this light pink leisure suit with a hood and a small rabbit application on the chest. This appeared very small to me so I chose it in size 62. But I want to put this on Lillian in the first days when she arrives, because it´s super smooth nicki-fabric which will be nice and cosy for her in the first days.

A shop that I´ve never heard of before is obäibi which is a french brand. There I found these two vests in size 56 with butterflies in front and that can be buttoned down on the side completely. I was watching out for vests that have these buttons, especially for the very small sizes, so I can wrap my baby carefully into it without stressing the neck and head to much. I also bought a set of 3 little thin fabric socks with ruffled ends in size EU 10/12 (0 months) as well as a light pink baby tight in size 3 months.

At my Budnikowsky shopping I trapped over these cute bibs with the giraffe and the lion and thought these were too cute to leave them there ;) These are small so it is a baby sized bib.

From Steiff I got this baby vest with the polo-shirt like collar and the ruffled sleeves and their teddy bear logo on the one side. I fell in love with it head over heels! :) I chose this also in a bigger size 68, so our baby can hopefully wear it for a longer time!

One of the cutest outfits I found at H&M that I chose in size 62 because I think the outfit is so playful with the little giraffe hat, that I want her to be still small when she wears it. It´s a vest a polka-dot leggings and hat. I also got the matching socks - too cute! And then I picked two headbands with flowers on it for hot days or for taking pictures.

And last but not least are these muslin clothes from babyone. One in jungle design with giraffes and palm tree leafs and coconuts for dad - and the white and pink ones with stitched hearts for mum! Apparently these are the ones 'for good' and I will probably use them inside the bed and in the stroller under baby´s head so they will hopefully not be damaged too early! ;)

This is a whole bunch of new baby things that I bought recently. I am generally very picky when it comes to sizes and I will probably sort all clothes that I got by sizes soon, to see if I still need something. But I think the very small size are ok - also in regards to the washing will take place almost everyday so that there won´t be a nasty smell, you know what I mean, haha! ;) So everything will be fresh again soonest.

How do you handle the baby basics buys? Please feel free to leave me your comments or links down below!

Beauty haul 3/14

Time for a change in topic on this blog! ;) Although even in future there will be more mommy and baby related topics as this is now part of my life. However, today I would like to post a little beauty haul of my newest purchased products.

First off is the Glynt Balance Shampoo from the Hydro series 01. I totally recommend this shampoo for any kind of healthy fine or easy greasy hair. It cleans the hair very well!

I am totally convinced of the swiss formula by Glynt and bought this so many times already, so that this time I went with the 1000ml bottle and also got the matching pump spender.

Next hair product is the Glynt regain mask from their Revital series 03. I am using this product for a long time as well and I am still really content as it is just  the right deep-treat care product for my highlighted, coloured and permed hair as it still makes my hair feel light weight.

The waterproof Voluminous mascara from L'Oréal is my go-to mascara if I do not want to try anything new.

It separates my lashes very nicely and gives a natural look which I like a lot.

When it comes to nail polish remover I am not picky at all, this time I chose the one from ebelin which is acetone-free.

It´s recommended for sensitive nails and shall smell like almonds, but honestly I can´t make the smell out which is a pity, because it was one of the reasons why I chose this product. Next time I will need to test the smell in the shop right away!

Last but not least is my new skin care moisturizer from Weleda. Currently my skin needs much more moisture as it just soaks everything in straight away.

The Weleda Iris intensive moist is a refreshing moisturizing light lotion for normal to mixed skin. It´s a natural cosmetics product that I am using for a few weeks now and I am really content with this product on my sensitive skin!

I hope you liked this blogpost as for a change! :)

21 weeks pregnancy update / ssw 21

Hello again! :) Oh my goodness, this has been such a long time since my last blog post and pregnancy update! A lot has happened in the meantime.. and I want to catch up a little bit with it finally!

So, the December was very stressful to me because I was still very fatigue at the time, a lot of organization was going on as well. Christmas parties, presents and our family come-together also the New Years Eve and the upcoming question what I should wear? I honestly needed to do last minute shopping for clothes and presents! In addition to that I was feevering to the end of the first 14 weeks of my pregnancy, when it will be recognized as quite 'safe'. Also keeping the pregnancy as a secret at work at that stage, it was all just so stressful to me that I didn´t even care that I could´t write my blog :(

These were the last pictures that I took for a long time. Date January 12th.

After I had reached the 14 weeks on January 19th, 2014 I was really happy and relieved!!
A little earlier around that time I had bad luck with my back and was ill at home for two weeks, I think the new weight had it´s effect on my body and also the new moves i.e. that I had to learn how to get up without stressing the belly. So I ended up not be able to move properly because pain rose into my right leg and lower back all the time!

Right after that was cured - on January 25th my husband broke his leg which was a shock for me! He had an operation where we spent several days in despair as we were told it would last 6-8 weeks to heal properly. Luckily I am married to the man of steel ;) and he was quite ok after three weeks!

Around that time I could recognize this flattering feeling and sooner the first slight moves in my belly. I also got my energy back for good! ;)

On February 3rd in my 17th pregnancy week (17+0) I had to go to my doctor alone and I was told that I am carrying a baby girl!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

Finally we could take a breath again in mid of February and went shopping for our little baby girl´s room. We took my parents and ordered some nice white furniture in my 18th pregnancy week :)

I honestly regret that I did not take belly shots throughout this whole time! Date March, 6th.

One week later in pregnancy week 19 I had a really bad headache that last me for 3 days! I did not take any medicine against it except for some tiger balm. The same weekend I had organized a shopping Friday with some other moms-to-be and also a friend of mine had invited me to her bridal dress shopping on Saturday and I did not want to cancel both of these dates. Especially not as I know how important this day was to my friend. On sunday my headache was finally gone! So I thought it would be all right to meet up with my brother and his little family and spend a sunny day in the park!
However that night I had some strong pain on the left side of my belly and I lay down in bed early. When I woke up the next morning I still had the same pain in the same place and intensity and I just felt something was going terribly wrong!! We went to the hospital in the early morning and I was told that I had early contractions! I was shocked! Though the baby was still fine and moving a lot. Overnight I had switched to my 20th pregnancy week.
Luckily I had an appointment at my doctor the same evening and he put me on CTG for the first time but with no result. He also gave me a sick certificate for 1,5 weeks. I should rest at home and lay down calmly and I got magnesium against the contractions/cramping a doses of 15-20mmol a day. To keep calm was sofar one of the more difficult parts to me.
After 1 week I´ve had turned into my 21st pregnancy week when I had my next doctors appointment on March 4th. This was also the day where I was 'upgraded' to have a risky pregnancy! :( I also received another sick certificate for the following 3 weeks! And our planned holiday to Tenerife is in question.
By the end of the 21st pregnancy week on March 6th, I got to know my midwife for the first time. She is going to help me mainly after I will have had the baby, but there will also be some rare meetings in beforehand.

This is my actual belly for 21 weeks pregnant - it´s grown so big!! And I am taking the pictures now in the baby´s room so you can see the changes.

How far along? Today is actually March 10th as I am writing this. I have finished my 21st pregnancy week today! And I am in the 6th month already!
Total weight gain: This topic is getting rather difficult to me as I do not want to over exaggerate it with the weight gain but I have now put on top 7,9kg. Just as a reminder the start weight was 68,3kg and today I was 76,2kg.
Bump measure: 86cm.
Maternity clothes? Yes! I have done some serious damage at H&M last week ;) I needed new leggings because they are so comfy and also some new long cardigans. Honestly at the moment I cannot imagine to wear anything else than leggings or thighs! ;) And oh yes the new stuff is not really maternity wear, it´s just that I chose the bottoms one size bigger now in size large cardigans are still my old size medium.
Stretch marks? No, not really. I am using the Weleda pregnancy oil exclusively now. I think it´s the best for me.
Fitness: For the time being I can not do any sporting activities as my doctor advised me to lay down calmly for most of the time!
Sleep: I am waking up still 1-2 times in the nights and sometimes it´s still the old game where I wake up around 4 o'clock and can´t fall back into sleep. However some night are really ok and the sleep is good.
Best moment this week: Definitive on Monday evening when my husband could feel our little girl for the first time! His expression.. he was so surprised and happy! :) I love how often he kisses my belly as well. <3
Miss anything? Not really.
Movement: Loads of movement! And I love it - most of the time.. sometimes I think I am getting sick somehow ;) I have received a photo the day I was told she is a girl and she looks like she is doing a little headstand - so cute! Since that day I call it she is doing her exercises and practicing for Olympia! :)

Food/cravings: No cravings in special.
Anything making you quesy or sick? Bad mood of other people. I don´t know but I see my life changes right now and there is the most wonderful thing to come - I am going to have a baby and be a mommy! I feel so lucky about it that I want to be surrounded by positiveness!! :)
Gender: It´s a GIRL!!!
Labor signs: Yes, as mentioned further above I had early contractions and need to treat 'us' with care now.
Symptoms: I am getting exhausted easily and need to relax more often.
Belly button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or of? On.
Happy or moody most of the time? Happy! It was a wonderful week! Nico my husband could feel our baby and we also fixed a name for her! And we painted her room in light pink! <3
Looking forward to: Getting the room finished step by step!

11 weeks pregnancy update / ssw 11

This week I had to prepare a lot. I have done my last christmas preparations and also my hubby had it´s Birthday this week! All that I had to do the baking shopping on Monday, bake on Tuesday, the birthday and guests on Wednesday, good-bye party of my boss on Thursday, general and x-mas shopping on Friday.  Again it was very stressful but in a positive kind of way. However I got back aches and I need the weekend to finally relax myself.

How far along? 11 weeks already?? omg, this sounds a lot!
Total weight gain: A bit more than a of 2 kg.
Bump measure: 78cm.

Stretch marks? Not until now.
Fitness: 2 x 20 mins. noon time walk.
Sleep: It´s okay, apart from the fact that I wake up at 4:30 a.m. and lay awake. But as I feel a little bit more energized I decided to get up at 6 a.m. and get ready for work.

Today is actually December 15th while I am writing this. My 10th week of my pregnancy was a good week less stressful, but nevertheless exhausting because I had band lesson on Thursday and our company christmas party was on Friday AND I needed a new dress what came into my mind only 2 days earlier! ;)
However I can say this all was positive stress.

How far along? 10 weeks
Total weight gain: I weigh still the same as last week.
Bump measure:
Maternity clothes? I love my maternity jeans it´s so comfy!
Stretch marks? Not yet. But I am using Penaten Mama Oil with Aloe Vera.
Fitness: 1 x 20mins. noon time walk and a big walk over the christmas market in Lübeck. Further than that I have searched for a yoga course for moms-to-be that I would like to join for a test lesson next week.
Sleep: Still out of rhythm.
Best moment this week: Seeing and hearing my little baby´s heartbeat on the ultrasound! <3
Miss anything? Doing something else than working, eating and sleeping.
Movement: No.
Food/cravings: Salami pizza cravings have been stilled! I try to eat more fruits as I am hungry almost every 1-2 hours.
Anything making you quesy or sick? Not really.
Gender: Don´t know.
Labor signs: No.
Symptoms: Still very tired and it feels like I am sleeping almost half of my life away... some breakouts and the feeling that I am exhausted so easily.
Belly button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or of? On.
Happy or moody most of the time? It´s a mixture, I am generally happy but I wish I could do more with my time.
Looking forward to: Getting the christmas tree up!

For caring my bump I have used irregularly the Penaten intensive care oil with aloe vera extract. For the next week I will be looking for a new product to try out. I think now as I am half way through the third month it´s getting more and more important to use a caring product regularly.

9 weeks pregnancy update / ssw 9

This week was the worst so far. I had such a super busy and stressful time in the office that my stomach started to hurt like it was telling me 'go home'. However, I haven´t told anyone at my working place yet and I felt I had to stick to my tasks as I had to take over work from 3 other people. And who should do all that plus my work plus it was a super busy day! It was CRAP!!! Worst days were Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and I went to bed right after work each day. I was so exhausted that I started to cry on Friday evening when I told my husband that I wanted to cancel our weekend trip to Dresden where we wanted to visit the beautiful christmas market. I am so glad I opted this decision, because on Saturday I still had to recover and in the late afternoon I got a really bad headache! It lasted me until Sunday night! I had to go to the emergency pharmacy on Sunday and ask for something that would give me release but the man told me to go outside for a walk get some fresh air an drink loads of water! Which I have done. He didm t sell me anything. And so I used my tiger balm as last option, which gave me small release here and there.

So this is the reason why I am filming one day later this week. It´s Monday the 9th of December today. However, I have taken my pictures yesterday and you can see how I felt like crap!

How far along? 9 weeks! OMG I can´t believe I have finished the first week of the 3rd(!) month already!
Total weight gain: I gained a total of 2Kg upto now.
Bump measure: 76cm without breakfast.
Maternity clothes? Yes! I am wearing my maternity jeans whenever it´s not in the wash!
Stretch marks? No.
Fitness: A small walk on 1st of Advent. After all my fitness was really bad this week! :(
Sleep: It´s difficult, I am still tired and exhausted after my working day so I go to bed early and I wake up early as well. Sometimes I wake up around midnight and need to brush my teeth and wash my face! I literally just fall asleep while whatever I´m doing. :(
Best moment this week: Recognizing I am in the 3rd month!
Miss anything? My energy.
Movement: No.
Food/cravings: I want a salami pizza so badly! This week I had a coffee for once but generally I am off coffee.
Anything making you quesy or sick? No.
Gender: It´s going to be a surprise still!
Labor signs: No.
Symptoms: My stomach and my head ached really badly after this stressful week. I am tired, exhausted and come out of breath easily for no reason. I have break outs around the chin area and feel dizzy often. This week I also felt nauseous for once. And I am hungry all-the-time! I feel I need small portions but eat more often throughout the day. Oh yes and as a total new symptom my breast is itching.
Belly button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or of? On.
Happy or moody most of the time? This week was not a good week, so I´d say moody.
Looking forward to: My next ultrasound!

My besties for this week! Zwieback and tiger balm. :(
