Healthy food day (WIAW)

Today I would like to join in on the What I ate Wednesday that I have seen on Anna Saccone's blog. I am a healthy food lover and posted already a lot of photos of my meals on instagram where my nickname is saniw. So I thought it would be fun to also write blog posts about my food from time to time :)

So, I'm having my breakfast in the office at 8:20 am. At home it´s too early for me to get something down, but I know how important it is to have a good base for the day!
 
For breakfast I always have a big glass of water at first. Whenever I am craving chocolate - as today - I am definitively having a whole grain toasty with a tea spoon of Nutella and some banana slices. I'm also having a small mild yoghurt with banana slices and a tea spoon of hacked almonds. Thereafter I am enyoing my beloved apple tea!

Time for some black coffee at 10am, at 11am and at 2pm!

At 12:20 pm I got half a sandwich at subway for lunch. These are sooo good and fresh! I chose the honey oat bread, only 2 slices of salami, topped with cheese and usually enjoy it warm and with all salads and stuff. This time I did choose the spicy sauce. Yummy!

Then I had chili con carne for dinner - at 5:10 pm. It´s homemade by myself and is definitively one of my favourite meals! For dessert I ate 2 kiwis.

At 7 pm I had a little sweet snack - a coffee with a bit sugar and milk, 2 biscuit cookies (ladyfingers) and some wine gums. At least once a day I need something sweet! 

As everyday I drank a minimum of 2 litres of water and tea.
