In Oberhausen we spent the whole day shopping in CentrO and went to a Mexican restaurant in the evening on the so called promenade next to the center. Thereafter we had a small 'Kölsch' beer in the Brauhaus which is in the middle of the picture above. It was all very nice! The shops in the CentrO are all very good so you have a big range to choose ;) and I especially enjoyed seeing shops that we don´t have at home.
The next morning we were driving to Köln and walked into the city center via the left side of the 'Hohenzollernbrücke' where thousands of couples hung locks with their names on it. So did we :) Then we climbed to the top of the 'Kölner Dom' which was very exhausting!!! Around 500 stairs... but we got rewarded with a nice view over the city and the river Rhein. After even more shopping in the 'Schildergasse' we went to an Italian restaurant and had delicious dinner :)
On the last day we visited the chocolate museum which was also very nice and interesting and hit the road afterwards ;)
This is everything I bought in CentrO.. The tea is strawberry-kiwi flavoured and is really yummy :) And I am totally in love with the color coral at the moment and therefore was so happy when I found the arm cuff at H&M beauty. The ballerinas in light gold are by Tamaris and are actually a re-purchase as I had to renew my old ones!
The white blouse from zara is very leisure style with a pocket on one side and has tiny little golden buttons which I think is so cute! Sorry, it´s crinkled a lot due to the travelling.
Then I got this olive green summer light cardigan and a top with kind of a laced border in taupe at pieces. I know this is a quite dark matching and would rather have bought the top in white for spring/summer. But they didn´t have a proper one left in my size :(
These super slim fit jeans from Mango are sooo comfy! They have it in different colors and I can only recommend them!!
When it comes to beauty items I visited my good old friend Douglas ;) and also bought something at ICI Paris XL.
The I love... raspberry and blackberry bubble bath smells so yummy and can also be used as shower gel also.
Honestly, I have tried BB creams on my skin for a lighter coverage, but my skin reacted and I had to discontinue with it. I considered Estée Lauder products will probably suit my skin best, as it has always been in the past. So here I am again! For now I re-purchased the Double Wear Light Makeup intensity 02 and the Artist´s Brow Pencil Double Groomer in 03 black brown. It comes with a small brush on one side which I think is very practical and handy! :) I also got a lipstick the color is called secret kiss and is somehow a translucent rose shimmering tone. Perfect for my bright lips and nude make up looks!! :)
When looking for the Estée Lauder eye creme I discovered this anti-aging skin care set. It contains a cleanser for normal/mixed skin, the night repair serum, the revitalising supreme face creme and of course the rich eye cream. Again it was a special offer!! Right time, right place! ;)
Last but not least I finally found my beloved Pretty Ballerinas I was searching for! I totally love this color and these shoes with the little bow look so cute! I am also happy they match my new armcuff perfectly! :)
