quick fish dish
On Monday I usually have a pretty full time schedule. So I don´t want to spend much time cooking. Therefore I have an easy and delicious fish dish that needs almost no time for preparation! In the morning I take the salmon out of the freezer. After work I heat the oven to 200°Celsius. Then I wash the fish shortly put it into a gratin dish and put salt and pepper on it, as well as some lemon drops. The topping is cream cheese and Block House steak pepper. Leave it in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, depends on how thick the fish slices are. Et voilà... Bon Appétit! :)
Although it´s pretty simple it´s so worth it! And I think about doing it as a kind of habbit. Like you should eat fish once a week, so I´ll have mine on Monday! ;)
